Gold Scouts connects users with people who run real experiences. These rules keep it safe for everyone.
What we expect
- Be honest. Describe your experience, price and what's included accurately.
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats or abuse of any kind.
- Keep it legal and safe. Nothing illegal, dangerous or exploitative.
- No sexual services or sexual content.
- No spam, scams, fake reviews or off-platform payment tricks.
- Respect other people's photos, words and brands.
What we do
- We check reports every day.
- Reports about threats, illegal activity, child safety or immediate danger are handled within 24 hours.
- Everything else is normally handled within two working days.
- We can remove content, pause an experience, warn an account or suspend an account.
- Clearly abusive messages are refused automatically, and borderline ones are held for a person to check. No automatic check is perfect, so please report anything we miss.
- Every decision is recorded.
In an emergency
Gold Scouts is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then tell us.
If you think we got it wrong
If your content was refused or held, or your account was restricted, email contact@goldscouts.com and we'll look at it again.
