Booking an experience
Send an enquiry through Gold Scouts — online booking is coming soon. Providers on the Business plan may also show their own WhatsApp, phone, email or website.
Sharing your experience
Providers can apply to list an experience. If your submission is still awaiting review after five working days, email us and we will chase it.
Reporting a problem
Tell us the experience or provider page and what is wrong — inaccurate details, an unsafe practice, a broken link, or an experience that should not be here. We review every report.
Data and privacy requests
Email the same address with "Data request" in the subject line. Our privacy policy sets out what we hold and your rights.
